 On a
recent item expedition, Scørpiøn and
I were finding so much stuff in Hell/Hell that we decided to do the Caves
as well. When he happened upon Witchfire, he ended up getting offed while
typing in a message to me to get my butt over there (he knew I was looking
for Cave Bosses...)
What ensued was a mad rush. Since Scørp was dead, I had to take
on WitchFire and her crew solo. I was already low on pots, and my portal
was down on 16, waiting for us to come back and kill the Big
Man. She had a full complement of Succubi to keep her company, and
was on an island surrounded by lava. With the terrain of the Caves, she's
a tough one to kill.
When Scørp got timed out of the game, I knew I was in trouble...
I snapped this pic and hightailed it out of there... Isn't discretion the
better part of valour? When Scørp got back, we were able to clear
the gang, but then we had a long walk back to Diablo... |
